It is suitable for the regeneration and color mixing granulation of various plastics such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, LCP, PET, and PMMA. The gearbox adopts a high-torque design, achieving noiseless and smooth operation. The screw and barrel undergo special nitriding treatment, featuring wear resistance, good mixing performance, and high yield. The design of vacuum exhaust or ordinary exhaust port can remove moisture and exhaust gas during production, ensuring more stable discharge and stronger granules, thus guaranteeing excellent product quality.

After being sorted, crushed, and cleaned, all recycled materials can be used for production without the need for drying or exposure to the sun, making them suitable for both wet and dry applications.
The entire process, from raw material crushing, cleaning, feeding, to granule formation, is automated.
By fully utilizing the high-pressure friction uninterrupted heating system, automatic heating production is achieved, avoiding continuous heating and saving energy.
